Steven C. Youngquist graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of North Dakota in 1969 and is a 1972 graduate of Cornell University's Law School. A member of the Olmsted County and State Bar Associations and a certified mediator, he has practiced 30 years in Minnesota and works exclusively in the area of family law. He also served as a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Advisory Council. He teaches the Dissolution and Custody Planning classes held at Family Services, Rochester. He is a former administrative law judge who presided over child support hearings in Rochester and the surrounding communities.
